All tents (for Teams and Spectators) are to be set up around the facility in the open spaces along the fence or fields. Tents will only be allowed on the top 6 rows of the stands/bleachers to avoid blocking other spectators or the Press Box view.
Personal small umbrellas are allowed inside the facility.
Coolers for food and drinks are allowed inside the facility.
The warm-up area for athletes is located in the large practice field next to the softball field.
Please note that we will use marks and seeds to place athletes in appropriate heats/flights. If the Meet Director determines that a mark or seed is erroneous, the athlete(s) will be randomly seeded. Please enter the correct marks/seeds so each athlete will be in a competitive heat based on their athletic abilities and performances.
