Blazin Ravenz Track Club would like to say thank you to all the parents and guardians that allowed us the opportunity to work with their child(ren) this season. As this outdoor season approaches the end with some of our athletes getting ready to head to Des Moines, Iowa for the 2018 AAU Junior Olympics we would like to look back one of the many success stories from this season:
Medal Count from the 2018 AAU Regional Qualifier at Florida State University
17 – Gold Medals
14 – Silver Medals
19 – Bronze Medals
50 Total Medals secured at the Regional Meet with 80 event finishes in the TOP 6 (Advance to the AAU Junior Olympics)
In addition, we also had a strong showing at the AAU National Primary Championship & AAU National Club Championship where many of our athletes excelled on the track; either placing in the Top 8 and standing upon the podium, or getting their Personal Record (PR) in the process. All the accomplishments from this year are indicative of all the hard work done by the coaches, athletes and parents. Thank you all and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!
